Mike Coppom

Mike Coppom has extensive experience in product management, business operations, and IT analysis. At Twilio, Mike held multiple director-level positions from September 2021 to January 2025, overseeing product management and portfolio functions, as well as engineering enablement. Prior to Twilio, Mike served as the Manager of Digital Operations at Make & Do Crew and held significant roles at Chipotle Mexican Grill, including Manager of IT Business Analysis and Lead IT Business Analyst. Mike's career also includes positions at Affinion Group as a Lead Analyst and Senior Systems Analyst, and at Fisher Investments as a Senior Business Systems Analyst. Mike holds a Master of Science in Technical Business Operations and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Business Management, both from the University of Colorado Boulder.
