Mustafa Ali

Mustafa Ali is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and investment within the technology and venture capital sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations at Twilio since October 2021, Mustafa leads the Self-Service Program to enhance the digital customer experience. As an advisor for Antler, a global early-stage VC firm, and a member of the Investment Committee for Castor Ventures, Mustafa supports the growth of promising startups. Previously, as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, Mustafa delivered strategic advisory to tech firms and private equity investors, focusing on growth strategies and product development. Early career roles included product management at Digital Lumens and software engineering leadership at ExxonMobil. Mustafa holds an MBA from MIT Sloan, an M.Eng. in Systems Engineering from Cornell University, and a BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Auburn University.
