Sudandra Ratnasamy, MBA, FACHE has a diverse and impressive work experience in the healthcare industry. Starting in 2012, Sudandra served as the Chief Nursing Executive at Wuesthoff Memorial Hospital, where they were responsible for overseeing various departments and engaging with the community. In 2016, Sudandra joined ScionHealth, first as the Chief Executive Officer, managing a licensed transitional hospital, and later as the Market Chief Executive Officer for Tampa/St. Petersburg, overseeing three Kindred hospitals. They successfully led operations, demonstrated strong operational skills, and achieved budget targets. In 2023, Sudandra joined Twin County Regional Healthcare as the Chief Executive Officer.

Sudandra Ratnasamy holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration from Columbia College, which was obtained in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Arts degree at Brevard Community College from 2002 to 2004. Later, they attended the University of Central Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from 2004 to 2006.
