Chelsea Popplewell

Chelsea Popplewell is an experienced human resources manager currently serving at TWIN FALLS SCHOOL DISTRICT 411 since February 2023. Prior to this role, Chelsea held multiple positions at The University of Texas at El Paso from December 2018 to February 2023, including athletic academic advisor, director of student-athlete development, and development assistant. Chelsea also worked as head diving coach at Colorado State University, the University of Northern Colorado, and the University of Wyoming. Additional experience includes serving as an information specialist for the Albany County Tourism Board and a diving coach at the University of Idaho. Chelsea holds a Master's Degree in Adult and Organizational Learning and Leadership from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Oakland University.
