Kelsey Rehrer, CISR, has over a decade of experience in the insurance and customer service industries. Currently serving as a Commercial Lines Account Executive and Personal Lines Account Executive at Twin Lakes Insurance Agency since February 2018, Kelsey previously held roles at The Sloan Agency as a Personal Lines Account Manager and at Nationwide Insurance as an Associate Agent. Earlier positions include serving as a Senior Service Advocate at Farmers Insurance and a Licensed Sales and Service Representative at Brothers & Associates LLC. Kelsey also has extensive experience in the food service industry, having worked at Hy-Vee and Pizza Hut, which developed strong communication and multitasking skills. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science with double majors in Business Management and Marketing from Northwest Missouri State University.
