Richard L. Hartman

Richard L. Hartman is an experienced customer service professional with a diverse background in healthcare, client advocacy, and hospitality. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Twin Liquors since March 2023, Richard is focused on providing concierge-level service for wholesale customers. Prior roles include serving as a Concierge and Director of First Impressions at Heart Hospital of Austin, where Richard greeted patients and their families during cardiac procedures, and various positions within healthcare and client services at Outreach Home Health Services and First American Flood Data Services. Richard's early career included roles as a Graphics Artist for Kingdom Productions and Stokes Imaging Services, as well as management positions at Sheraton Austin Hotel. Richard holds an Associate's degree in Commercial Art and Advertising from Texas State Technical College and a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Lamar University.
