Carrie Rose is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in property management, sales, and transaction coordination. As a Broker/Owner at Rhea Properties since October 2018, Carrie specializes in rental and project management throughout the East Bay. In addition, Carrie serves as a Broker Associate at Twin Oaks Real Estate and a Transaction Coordinator at TC Carrie Rose LLC. Prior roles include New Home Sales Agent, Property Manager, and Portfolio Manager, demonstrating a strong commitment to client satisfaction and transparent communication.
