The Project Management and Coordination team at Twin Peaks, Inc. is responsible for overseeing and synchronizing all aspects of construction projects. This includes budget management, timeline adherence, and ensuring that construction practices meet approved designs, specifications, and building codes. The team members, including the Project Accountant, Project Manager for Construction Materials Testing (CMT), and the Lead Mechanical Inspector, work together to ensure projects are executed with the utmost quality, integrity, and efficiency, thereby upholding Twin Peaks' reputation for engineering excellence.
