Benjamin Tinsman

Benjamin Tinsman currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Controller for Twin State Technical Services and Twin State Inc., respectively, since October 2022. Previously, Benjamin worked as a Finance Analyst at HNI Corporation from June 2021 to November 2022, focusing on financial planning, analysis, cost accounting, and corporate accounting. Earlier experience includes internships at Sivyer Steel Castings LLC and Twin State Inc., where Benjamin contributed to cost-cutting initiatives, budget management, and enhanced reporting systems. Benjamin holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Iowa, earned in 2021.
