Beth Tinsman

President at Twin State Technical Services

Following a decade working for IBM, Beth Tinsman established Twin State Technical Services in 1992. Her straightforward approach to technology enables organizations to align technology with their overall business strategy while maximizing their IT infrastructure investment.

As a technologist leader, Beth has a broad and deep knowledge of networking, programming, web development, and branding/strategy. She is often a guest speaker and resource to the regional community in information system trends and best practices.

Beth has been recognized for her achievements and dedication to technology. In 2018, the Technology Association of Iowa recognized Beth as one of the top ten women in technology in the state of Iowa. The firm itself was recognized as the top under-50 employee place to work by the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce in a 2017 award.

An active CEO, Beth is also an adjunct educator at St. Ambrose University in the Computer Science Department.

Beth earned her B.A. at Northwestern University and her MS in Information Technology Management (MS-ITM) at St. Ambrose University.
