Joe Engel

Joe Engel joined Twin State Technical Services in June 2022. He is a 1990 graduate of St. Ambrose University with a degree in English. He worked at the Quad-City Times for 38 years, and was the digital editor for the last five years. He has experience in digital media and workstation support.

In his free time, Joe enjoys yardwork, watching sports (especially baseball, football and college wrestling).
