Reed Sager joined their team at the Operations support in February 2019. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2019 with a major in Computer Science. He is also responsible for administering/monitoring in-house systems such as client’s hardware monitoring, patching/AV platform, ticketing system, backup notifications, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) admin portals, and spam filter.
He also supports some of their smaller clients providing excellent on-site technical support.
