Ashley Olberding, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is currently the Human Resources Director at Twin Valley and ISG Technology LLC, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Compensation Benefits Manager and HR Business Partner at QTS Data Centers from 2016 to 2021. In this role, they collaborated with senior leaders and the People Services team to implement HR initiatives in line with the organization’s strategic objectives. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Human Resources Manager-Information & Insights at UL, where they provided counsel and support to the Business for special projects and initiatives as determined by the business leaders, as well as HR programs, procedures and initiatives. From 2013 to 2014, they were the HR Generalist at BRR Architecture, where they collaborated with management, team members and clients to promote company goals and planning opportunities while inspiring and motivating others to perform well. From 2007 to 2013, they were the HR Generalist and Sr. HR Analyst at Black & Veatch, where they supported the people within the Construction & Procurement division, and filled the needs of the Construction & Procurement division across the globe. In 2006, they were an Intern at AMC Theatres.
Ashley Olberding obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The University of Kansas between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their BS in HR Management and Economics from Oklahoma State University between 2003 and 2007. Ashley also holds two certifications, SHRM-SCP from SHRM and SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
