Ben Foster

Ben Foster has a long and varied work experience. Ben began their career in 2000 as Director of Consumer Support Centers at AT&T. In 2004, they became President and CEO of Twin Valley Telephone. Ben then moved on to Kansas Fiber Network, LLC in 2009, where they served on the Board of Directors. In 2011, they were President and CEO of ISG Technology, Inc, and also served on the Board of Directors for NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association. In 2014, they became Chairman of the Board for ESPi USA, and in 2021 they returned to the NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association Board of Directors for a second term representing the commercial companies in the Central Region.

Ben Foster attended Kansas State University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
