Zach Parker

Zach Parker is an experienced professional in production management and operational leadership, currently serving as Plant Manager at Twincraft Skincare since June 2021. Previously, Zach held the position of Commercial and Trade Department Leader at Hubbardton Forge and returned to Twincraft Skincare as Plant Manager after initially starting there as a Process Engineer. In this capacity, Zach successfully managed over 120 direct reports across multiple departments and shifts, overseeing the production of 8-12 production lines daily. Earlier experience includes roles as Production Supervisor and Restaurant Manager at Subway, along with working as a Business Consultant for Subway Development Corp, where Zach trained franchisees and staff to optimize profitability. Zach holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Vermont.
