Dan Rappaport

Dan Rappaport has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles and industries. Dan is currently the CEO of Twine Solutions, a position they assumed in July 2023. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of Nano Retina from June 2022 to June 2023. From an earlier period of 2020 to 2022, Dan held the CEO role at Innohale Therapeutics, where their responsibilities included developing cutting-edge inhaled nitric oxide delivery solutions for respiratory conditions.

Before taking on these CEO positions, Dan worked as the CTO at MindUP - The Digital Health Incubator from 2016 to 2019, where they played a crucial role in evaluating and supporting early-stage digital health projects and companies. Dan also founded and served as the Chief Scientist at Sensible Medical Innovations from 2008 to 2014.

Dan's technical expertise can be traced back to their roles as Chief Scientist at Surgix from 2005 to 2008, where they were involved in surgical innovations, and as a Digital Hardware Manager at GE Healthcare from 1999 to 2000. Dan began their career at Intel as a Circuit Designer Engineer from 1995 to 1998.

Dan Rappaport's education history begins in 1993 when they enrolled at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. From 1993 to 1997, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. After completing their undergraduate studies, Dan continued their academic journey at the same institution. From 1999 to 2001, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering. Finally, in 2001, they began their Ph.D. studies in Biomedical Engineering at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2005.
