George Mulroy

George Mulroy has a diverse work experience that spans across various companies and roles. George started their career as a Classroom Teacher at Derbyshire County Council from September 2014 to August 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Data Analyst at The University of Sheffield from January to July. George then joined Twinkl Educational Publishing in August 2017 as a Data Scientist, progressing to the role of Lead Data Scientist from July 2018 to July 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Data at Twinkl Educational Publishing starting from August 2019. In addition, George Mulroy also served as a Data Science Consultant at The Developer Academy from December 2020 to December 2022, where they created and delivered the "Data Science for Business" module focusing on commercial skills in data science.

George Mulroy has a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Geography from the University of Leicester, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. George then pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) specializing in Primary Education from the same university, completing it from 2013 to 2014. Subsequently, George obtained a Master's Degree in Data Science from The University of Sheffield, which they completed from 2016 to 2017.
