Krushanka S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as the Commercial Distributor Area Manager at Twinsaver Group since July 2024, Krushanka previously held multiple roles at Servest SA, including National Strategic Key Account Manager and CX Specialist, from November 2020 to April 2024. Prior experiences encompass key positions at Media24, Bidvest Steiner, and Stratostaff, along with roles in customer service and claims management at entities such as Universal Print Group and Old Mutual Investment Group. Academically, Krushanka is pursuing an MBA from The London School of Economics and holds degrees in Business Development Management and Practical Labour Law from the University of Cape Town, alongside various certifications in labour law, biometrics, first aid, and more.
