Tomasz Kajetan Stańczak

Tomasz Kajetan Stańczak has a diverse range of work experience in software development and technology. Tomasz Kajetan is the Founder of Nethermind, where they focus on building Ethereum and on Ethereum platforms such as integrations, sidechains, L2, DeFi, Solidity development, audits, NFT, and metaverse. Tomasz Kajetan also holds the role of Mate at Flashbots and is the Founder of Oiler Network. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer at Twinstake and as a Board Member at StarkNet Foundation and a Council Member at Forta.

In the past, Tomasz worked as a Software Developer at Rokos Capital Management, CME Group/Elysian Systems, and itelligence/Cirquent/MunichRe. At Citi, they held various roles such as VP, FX eTrading Technology, Senior Programmer Analyst, Tech Lead, and Intermediate Programmer Analyst, Tech Lead. Tomasz Kajetan'sresponsibilities at Citi included application management and development, front-end code quality, testing, and deployment, hardware requirements and middleware choices, multithreading and performance improvement, and UI development. During their time at itelligence/Cirquent/MunichRe, they coordinated and led development for MunichRe's Underwriting Platform and was responsible for maintaining the MRET application.

Tomasz Kajetan Stańczak earned an MSc degree in Information Technology from Adam Mickiewicz University, where they attended from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, they pursued studies in Business Administration at Poznan University of Economics from 2005 to 2010, but did not complete the degree. Prior to their university education, they studied mathematics & computer engineering at I Liceum im. St. Dubois w Koszalinie from 2000 to 2004.
