Ken Kondo CSM, CSPO is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in software development and innovation within the financial sector. Currently serving as the Director of Data and Software Engineering at TwinStar Credit Union since August 2023 and a member of the AI Accelerator Institute, Ken previously held key positions including Chief Innovation Officer and Vice President of Software Development at Mahalo Banking. Ken has also contributed as a Senior Product Manager at Lumin Digital, VP of Innovation and Software Development at Redwood Credit Union, and in various roles at Symitar, Guardian Credit Union, Alliant Credit Union, Wescom Credit Union, and San Diego County Credit Union, demonstrating extensive expertise in driving technological advancements. Ken holds a Business Analytics Certificate from UC San Diego and two Bachelor's degrees from Miami University, along with a C# Certificate in Computer Programming from UC San Diego.
