Holly Corbitt

Holly Corbitt is an experienced professional in the fields of bioinformatics and technical sales, currently serving as the Director of Technical Sales Enablement & Field Application Scientist for AMER/EMEA at Twist Bioscience since April 2020. In this role, Holly leads a team of over 40 experts in NGS, SynBio, and BioPharma, focusing on customer acquisition and revenue maximization through application-based selling strategies. Previous positions include Sr. Manager of Bioinformatics Application Scientists and Sr. Bioinformatics Application Scientist, where Holly oversaw large projects and emphasized new product development. Holly's earlier experience includes a role as a Field Application Scientist at Illumina, and research at Oregon Health & Science University leading to a PhD in Medical and Molecular Genetics, with a focus on congenital heart defects. Holly's background also includes a production chemist role at Hologic and research experiences in various academic settings.
