Paul Frere

Paul Frere is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology field with extensive experience in next-generation sequencing and automation. Currently serving as Manager of Next-Generation Sequencing Field Application Scientists at Twist Bioscience since November 2019, Paul previously held roles at PerkinElmer, Inc. as Product Leader in Microfluidics and Automation, and as a Field Application Scientist. Prior to that, Paul contributed to the Broad Institute as a Senior Process Development Associate, focusing on the optimization of sequencing operations and process improvements related to Illumina-based sequencing. Paul holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Harvard University and a degree in Human Biology from the University of Toronto.
