Fraser Tant is an experienced commercial leader currently serving as the Commercial Director at the British Retail Consortium since March 2018, overseeing the organization's commercial operations and market-leading Learning division. Previously, Fraser held the Membership Director position at the same consortium, contributing to its mission of positively impacting the retail industry. As a co-founder of Twist, a start-up specializing in innovative tea and herbal drinks, Fraser demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit. Fraser’s earlier experience includes 13 years as Head of Marketing at IGD, delivering significant growth and sales, and marketing roles at SportBusiness Group and Henry Stewart Publications, where successful product launches and marketing strategies were implemented. Fraser holds a BSc in Sociology from the University of Bath and completed a leadership course at Henley Business School.

Twist Teas
Twist Teas was established in 2017 by Claire Ayres, a lawyer, her mother, Nicky Kavanaugh, a project manager and their friend Fraser Tant, an experienced Food & Beverage marketer. The mission? To make Twist Teas the conscious choice for contemporary tea lovers globally. All of Twist Teas’ teas are hand-blended in the UK, ethically sourced whole-leaf ingredients, and packed in plastic-free and sustainable Forest Council Approved packaging. The tea bags and string are made from corn silk, a completely natural product, with strings and label attached by an ultra-sound process so no glue is used. What sets Twist Teas apart (because they never stop innovating) is each blend has an added extra: functional herbs, botanicals and spices evidenced to provide health and wellbeing benefits. That’s why the tagline is “Blends with Benefits”. Passionate and driven, the whole team has a single-minded ambition to: 1) Sell premium quality tea, plastic-free and sustainably packaged, loved at first taste; and 2) Delight clients so much, they talk about Twist Teas and service in the same breath. The monthly tea club, a unique try-before-you-buy innovation, and personalised tea gift sales being hugely popular.
