Steve Honderd

Steve Honderd has extensive experience in finance, with a focus on automotive industries. Steve currently serves as the Director of Finance at twisthink since August 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Finance Manager at JR Automation from August 2016 to August 2019.

Before joining JR Automation, Steve held positions at several other companies. At Yanfeng Automotive Interiors, they served as the Platform Finance Director from December 2015 to August 2016, overseeing a team of ten Financial Managers and emphasizing new business pursuit and production improvements.

From July 2014 to December 2015, Steve worked at Visteon Corporation as the Finance Lead for Renault Nissan PSA Customer Group. In this role, they managed a global portfolio of products with annual sales of $600 million, led a team of three Finance Managers, and provided financial direction for new business pursuits.

Earlier in their career, Steve held various positions at Johnson Controls Automotive. From February 2010 to June 2014, they served as the Finance Director for JCI Electronics, responsible for global financial responsibilities for customer groups with annual sales of $200 million. Steve also served as an Account Financial Manager for JCI Electronics, where they managed pricing, investment, and financial reporting for automotive electronic products sold to Honda Motors in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Steve's career also includes participation in the JCI Leadership Development Program, completing four job rotations over a six-year period. This program provided him with valuable training and experience, including a year as an assistant controller at a manufacturing site producing door panels for GM, Chrysler, and Ford.

Throughout their career, Steve Honderd has demonstrated financial leadership, strategic planning, and a focus on cost reduction and profit improvement for automotive companies.

Steve Honderd earned a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Economics from Calvin University from 1989 to 1993. Steve later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Grand Valley State University, completing their studies from 2001 to 2005.
