Katerina Jirakova

Katerina Jirakova has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Katerina currently holds the position of Head of Collections at Twisto payments a.s. since February 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Projektový manažer at AGEL a.s. from November 2019 to January 2020.

Before joining AGEL a.s., Katerina was self-employed as a consultant and project manager for EUC a.s. from April 2017 to June 2019. Katerina also served as a Collections Manager at CollectionsPro, s.r.o. from October 2009 to July 2015.

In addition, Katerina has valuable experience at GE Money Bank, Czech Republic, where they held various roles including Senior Collections and Recovery Manager (acting), Junior Early and Late Collections Manager, and Team Leader in the Department of Application Process from 2003 to 2009.

Katerina Jirakova earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Jan Amos Komensky University in Prague from 2009 to 2012.
