Lawrence is also a Senior Consultant at Two Blue Aces Consulting, specializing in leadership, strategy development, and international sales for aviation companies and local universities. As President of GOHOG, LLC, Martin provides custom C-suite leadership training and executive-level services. Previous experience includes significant roles in the United States Air Force, where Martin oversaw international affairs, operations, and logistics for various commands, amassing a wealth of expertise in military operations, crisis management, and strategic planning. Academic credentials include a BS in History from the United States Air Force Academy, an MA in History from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a Master of Strategic Studies from the USAF Air War College.
