Chris Shelley

Chris Shelley is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in various senior roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Technology Director and Head of Technology at Two Circles since July 2017, Chris has previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer and Lead Architect at AXELOS Global Best Practice from March 2014 to July 2017. Chris's earlier career includes significant roles at Capita IT Services, where responsibilities included Data Architect, Lead Architect, and Oracle Technical Lead from February 2006 to March 2014, as well as positions at Electronic Data Systems as an Oracle Developer and Junior Oracle Developer from December 2000 to February 2006.
