Marc Giombetti

Marc Giombetti has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and data analytics. Their most recent position is as the Chief Product Architect at Two Impulse, where they enable clients to leverage artificial intelligence methods and oversees the development of UltraTimeSeries, a distributed database for processing time-stamped data. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at the Ministry for Digitalisation in Luxembourg, where they led a portfolio of digitalization initiatives for the Luxembourgish government.

Before their role at Two Impulse, Marc worked at Swiss Re for several years. Marc served as the Head of Document Analytics Solutions, managing a team of data scientists and big data engineers. Marc Giombetti holds an extensive education history in the field of computer science and mathematics. Marc obtained their Bachelor's degree in Informatik from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau between 2004 and 2007. Prior to that, Marc completed their A level (Abitur) in Mathematics at Lycée de Garçons Esch-sur-Alzette from 1997 to 2004.

Marc then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at the Technical University of Munich from 2007 to 2010. In 2009, Marc also had the opportunity to study computer science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for a brief period.

In addition to their formal education, Marc Giombetti has obtained several certifications to enhance their expertise. Marc became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance in May 2011.
