Jose Lustre

Jose Lustre has a range of work experience in various roles and positions. Jose most recently worked at Two Labs as the VP of Strategic Business Operations starting in February 2022. Before this, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Riparian LLC starting in June 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Transformative Insights as a Principal Strategy and Operations Consultant starting in November 2019. Jose also has experience at Beachbody where they held several positions including Executive Director of Business Operations, Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives, Director of International Expansion, and Senior Manager of Planning and Analysis. Jose started at Beachbody in October 2012 and left in November 2019. Before joining Beachbody, Jose worked at Capital Group as a Technology Manager starting in June 2007 and leaving in July 2009. Jose also worked at Beachbody as a Senior IT Project Manager and Senior Systems Analyst starting in 2009.

Jose Lustre has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in International Business and Technology Management from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Jose has also attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they focused on The Emerging COO: Driving Innovation and Operational Excellence. In addition, Jose Lustre holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California.
