Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Directing and Theatrical Production from Ramapo College of New Jersey, and an Associate of Arts in Theatre/Theater from Raritan Valley Community College. Throughout their career, Erica has worked with organizations such as Two River Theater, McCarter Theatre Center, and George Street Playhouse, showcasing their dedication to the performing arts industry.
