Justin Waldman

Justin Waldman is an accomplished theatre professional with extensive experience in artistic direction and leadership. Currently serving as Artistic Director at Two River Theater since October 2022, Waldman previously held the position of Associate Artistic Director at The Old Globe from September 2011 to October 2022, where responsibilities included season planning and overseeing a substantial budget and staff. Waldman's past roles also include Artistic Associate at Williamstown Theatre Festival and Huntington Theatre Company, where contributions involved play selection, casting, and financial management. As the Founder and Producing Artistic Director of Next Stages, Waldman focused on producing work with emerging artists. Waldman holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre from Tufts University and a high school diploma from Concord Academy.
