Kathya Parsons is a seasoned revenue optimization and commercial strategy expert with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently, Kathya serves as the Director of Commercial Strategy and Director of Commercial Services at The Cape, a Thompson Hotel, and holds the position of Area Director of Revenue Lifestyle Division at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Previous roles include Director of Revenue Strategy at Two Roads Hospitality and Director of Revenue Optimization at YVE Hotel Miami.
