Anisha Mukundan

Anisha Mukundan is a Senior Vice President of Broker Management at Two Sigma since November 2015, previously serving as Vice President at Morgan Stanley from May 2011 to November 2015, where responsibilities included managing operational, legal, compliance, tax, and franchise risk in prime brokerage and margin lending. Anisha began a career at Clifford Chance as an Associate from October 2006 to May 2011, gaining experience in finance, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and structured capital markets while drafting and negotiating Credit Documents. Anisha holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from St. John's University School of Law (2003-2006) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering from Cornell University (1998-2002).
