Iza Benedicto

Iza Benedicto holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership, Policy, and Advocacy from NYU Steinhardt School and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley. Currently serving as a Campus Recruiter for Quantitative Research at Two Sigma since October 2022, Iza previously worked as a Client Success Manager and Campus Recruiter at Jopwell, managing a portfolio of clients and developing diversity recruiting strategies. Iza's experience also includes coordinating internships and career success initiatives at The Opportunity Network, where 500+ college students gained career readiness through partnerships with over 30 organizations. Earlier roles include positions at New York University and College Track, focusing on research and educational programming, as well as research assistance at the Department of Education.
