Mariany Polanco-Cruz

Mariany Polanco-Cruz is an experienced professional in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, currently affiliated with Two Sigma. Prior to this role, Mariany held significant positions at Goldman Sachs, including Head of Americas Diversity Recruiting, Business Unit Manager for Global Investment Research, and roles in Learning and Development. Mariany earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English and double minored in Psychology and Urban Teaching from Barnard College, and completed secondary education at The High School for Math, Science and Engineering.
