Sheng Yang

Sheng Yang is a highly experienced quantitative researcher currently at Two Sigma since October 2017, specializing in data analysis and modeling. Prior to this, Sheng served as a graduate researcher at Princeton University, focusing on statistical tools, signal processing, and combustion models for novel fuels. Sheng also founded and led Robolution, a startup developing an automated cooking system, and contributed to research on vehicle motion optimization at Peking University and Stanford University. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University and a Bachelor's degree in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics from Peking University.
