Keith Privette

Keith Privette has worked in the technology industry for over 15 years. Keith began their career in 2006 as a Senior Consultant for Weatherly Consulting, Inc. where they provided leadership in the areas of consulting, recruiting, and sales support. In 2005, they joined UnitedHealth Group as a Senior IT Analyst/Project Manager, where they led business analysis, system requirements management, and quality assurance for an employer portal application. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst for Target and Analysts International Corporation (AIC). During this time, they documented end-to-end processes for implementing an eCommerce Marketplace on BestBuy and managed the functional ownership of Quality Center 9.2.

In 2011, Keith Privette began working as a Project Manager/Scrum Master for Liberty Tax Service, Stratactical Co., and TEKsystems. At Stratactical Co., they provided services as a senior business analyst or project manager. In 2017, they joined Two17 Marketing as Chief Technology Evangelist and RevolutionVA as a Board Member. Currently, Keith Privette is employed at Elevance Health as Technology Program Director, Portfolio Director, and Scrum Master Mobile Development. In this role, they provide leadership, training, and guidance over the digital technology portfolio. Keith has also saved the company an average of $5M per year by rapidly developing on the Salesforce platform and built a fully functioning Portfolio Management application on the Salesforce.

Keith Privette completed their General degree from Streamwood High School in 1991. Keith then attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they earned a BA in Sociology in 1996. Keith has also obtained numerous certifications, including an OKR Expert certification from Certified Coach in 2021, Certified SAFe 5 DevOps Practitioner and Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020, Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2013, Certified SAFe 4 Agilist and Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2018, and Salesforce CPQ Basics from Salesforce Trailhead.
