Harri Luukkonen

Harri Luukkonen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Harri started their career in 1997 as a Software Designer at Nokia Networks, where they specialized in GUI design. In 2000, they joined TeliaSonera Finland as a Chief Development Specialist, where they led development projects and played a crucial role in the implementation of innovative tools for the fixed IN platform.

In 2007, Harri moved to Logica, initially serving as a Service Manager & Team Leader and later transitioning into the role of Project Manager. During this time, they managed outsourcing projects and excelled in virtual team management.

From 2010 to 2016, Harri worked at CGI as a Project Manager, overseeing multiple ICT infrastructure, outsourcing, and exit projects. Harri was responsible for upgrading server environments and implementing technologies such as Exchange, Lync, AD, and Citrix.

In 2017, Harri joined OCTO3 Oy as an Information Technology Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner. During their tenure, they successfully managed various IT projects, employing agile methodologies.

In 2019, Harri joined Visma Finland as a Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master. Harri played a vital role in managing software projects across different sectors, including public, healthcare, and private. Harri was particularly involved in digitization and mobile app projects.

Harri's most recent work experience is with twoday Finland, where they hold the position of Senior Project Manager starting in 2022.

Harri Luukkonen completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Software Engineering from Kymenlaakson Ammattikorkeakoulu in 1997. Harri also holds additional certifications, including IPMA-C, ITIL Foundation v3, and Scrum Product Owner (PSPO1) from Scrum.org.
