Susann Masdal

Susann Masdal is a seasoned professional in the data and AI sector, currently serving as a Senior Data & AI Consultant at twoday since April 2025. Masdal also contributes to the ODA-Nettverk as a volunteer focused on member engagement, advocating for diversity in technology within the Nordic region. Previously, Masdal held the role of Data & AI Consultant at twoday Data & AI from January 2023 to June 2025 and gained valuable experience as a summer intern at bWise AS in mid-2022. Additionally, Masdal was involved with the Jenteprosjektet Ada at NTNU as a project assistant from March 2020 to June 2022, supporting initiatives to empower women in technology. Early career roles included sales positions at Ocean Home, Tilbords AS, and GLASSHYTTA I VIVESTAD. Susann Masdal holds a Master of Science in Cybernetics and Robotics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), attained between 2016 and 2022, and a high school diploma in Natural Sciences from Oslo Private Gymnasium, completed in 2016.
