Stelian Smadu

Stelian Smadu is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Commissioning Engineer at FATA S P A in Croatia since November 2022, Stelian has prior experience with TWS Partners and was the Lead Electrical Commissioning Engineer at SPIE Oil & Gas Services from August 2013 to November 2019. Stelian also worked as an Electrical Engineer at Tecnimon Dominican Republic Branch, specializing in commissioning and startup for a 2x 375 MW coal power plant. Stelian holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Electric Faculty in Iasi, Romania, earned between 1971 and 1976.
