Andy Bennett is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Head of Engineering at Twyn, with a focus on developing robust platforms and leading teams for ambitious product launches. As the Founder and Director of kaiyou.digital, Andy establishes a boutique software development consultancy that aids small to medium-sized businesses in designing solutions and enhancing their operational viability. Previously, Andy held key roles at Glue Home, as Senior Engineering Manager and Director of Engineering, where technology strategy and team development were prioritized, and at Firefly Experience Limited, where an innovative travel journal product was created. Andy's background also includes experience as a Senior Mobile Developer at Trainline, specializing in mobile application development. Andy holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Art & Technology from the University of Plymouth and a BA in Interactive Art from the University of Wales, Newport.
