Cynthia Nijhuis

Cynthia Nijhuis is an experienced advisor in area development currently working at TwynstraGudde since January 2024, specializing in space, housing, and economy. Prior to this, Cynthia served as project leader for area development at Gemeente Gouda from December 2020 to January 2024, contributing to all projects within the Spoorzone Gouda and managing several sub-locations while facilitating communication efforts. Previous roles include a service position at Pathé Theatres B.V. from 2016 to November 2020, an internship in project development at DUQER in early 2018, and an urban planning internship at KuiperCompagnons in 2020, focusing on feasibility studies for residential construction over railway tracks. Cynthia holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and completed a minor in urban planning at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
