Barbara Hasenstab

Barbara Hasenstab is an experienced HRIS Senior Analyst at PNM Resources since December 2003, where responsibilities include developing, implementing, updating, and maintaining the Human Resources Information System, along with managing application processes and report generation. Barbara's career began as a Communications Specialist at Paragron Life Insurance Company, where duties involved enrolling companies in insurance policies and creating relevant communications. Barbara holds a degree in Communications & Psychology from Lindenwood University, attended from 1990 to 1996, and completed high school with a focus on Administrative Work at Notre Dame Academy, St. Louis, from 1969 to 1973.
