Leslie Padilla

Leslie Padilla is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, energy regulation, and international affairs. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at PNM Resources, Leslie previously held the position of Energy Attorney at Duggins Wren Mann & Romero, LLP from January 2013 to June 2018. Additionally, Leslie contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at The University of New Mexico School of Law, developing curriculum for legal writing pertaining to legislative materials. Prior roles include Attorney at MODRALL, SPERLING, ROEHL, HARRIS & SISK, P.A., University Fellow at the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, and Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State, with experience in political affairs in Guatemala. Leslie holds a Doctor of Law from UCLA, a Master's in International Communication from American University, and a Bachelor's in Political Science from The University of New Mexico.
