Weikai L.

Weikai L. currently serves as an Energy Market Analyst and Project Manager at PNM Resources, specializing in the Wholesale Power Marketing Department since July 2023. Prior experience includes an internship at Functional Literacy Ministry of Haiti, where Weikai L. analyzed grant data and designed a WASH project proposal. Previous roles also encompass project management at China House, focusing on educational initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic, and conducting research on water issues in Nairobi slums. Additional research experience includes work at Beijing University of Chemical Technology and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, where Weikai L. evaluated environmental issues and data related to metal resources. Weikai L. holds dual Master's degrees from Carnegie Mellon University in Engineering and Public Policy and Public Policy, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Chemistry from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
