Rhiannon Bowen Msc

Rhiannon Bowen MSc (Assoc CIPD) is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Partner at Tŷ Hafan since November 2022. Prior to this role, Rhiannon held positions as a Human Resources Business Partner at United Purpose and progressed through various HR roles at Peters Food Service, including Senior Human Resources Advisor. Rhiannon began their career in human resources at Cardiff University Students' Union and has also worked in administrative and customer service roles at several organizations, including Gordon Dadds and Hi-Line Blinds. Rhiannon holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Human Resource Management, and a Higher National Diploma in Business Studies from the University of South Wales, along with a National Vocational Qualification in Business Administration and Paralegal Studies.
