Zoe Tippins is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over 19 years. Currently serving as the Director of People Services at Ty Hafan since October 2015, Zoe has held multiple HR roles within the organization, including Head of HR and Senior HR Advisor. Prior to Ty Hafan, experience includes roles as HR Manager, Regional HR Manager, and HR Officer at Buy As You View from September 2009 to August 2015, and as an HR Consultant at Lloyds Bank from May 2004 to September 2009. Zoe holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of South Wales and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Gloucestershire.

Since 1999, Tŷ Hafan has been looking after life-limited children and their families, ensuring they make the most of every precious moment. Not only does Tŷ Hafan provide specialist palliative care, but we also offer a much-needed source of strength, support and short break care. We provide support to the whole family almost anywhere, whether it is at the hospice, their own home or in hospital. From diagnosis we journey with them and are there for as long as necessary. All this is completely free of charge for families in Wales that need us.
