Gordon Donald, MD

Gordon Donald, MD has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Gordon currently serves as the Medical Director at Tyber Medical, LLC and as a member of the Board of Directors at LifeUnit, Inc. In 2018, they founded Molecular Surface Technologies, LLC, where they focus on creating antimicrobial, bio-active, and super-lubricious surfaces for medical and non-medical applications. From 2015 to the present, Dr. Donald has been the Managing Member and Director of Spinal Surgery at NJ Ortho Group, LLC, specializing in minimally invasive and complex spinal surgery. Gordon was also the Managing Member of Sprains & Strains, LLC - Orthopaedic Urgent Care from 2015 to 2018. Dr. Donald has been actively involved in various advisory roles, such as serving as a member of the Board of Scientific Advisors at K2M from 2003 to 2018, and as the Co-Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board at Orthobond LLC from 2010 to 2017. Gordon was the Managing Member and Director of Spinal Surgery at NJ Spine Group, LLC from 2003 to 2016. Additionally, Dr. Donald founded and served as the Medical Director of the Center for Ambulatory and Minimally Invasive Surgery from 2010 to 2016. Gordon was a Board Member of electoCore from 2008 to 2012.

Gordon Donald, MD, began their education at the University of Colorado Boulder where they pursued a field of study in Mechanical Engineering from 1976 to 1978. Gordon then transferred to the University of Vermont, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Biomechanical Engineering from 1978 to 1980. Continuing their educational journey at the same university, Gordon Donald obtained a Medical Doctor degree with a specialization in Medicine from 1980 to 1984.
