Kyle McDonald

Kyle McDonald has worked in the IT industry since 2006. Kyle began their career in the US Army as a Microsoft Instructor at the U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence for the Warrant Officer Basic and Advanced Courses. Kyle then served as a System Engineer, where they planned, implemented and managed an IT network infrastructure consisting of Battle Command Common Services (BCCS) for multiple units across the U.S. Army. In 2020, they joined TYCHON as a Technical Integration Manager.

Kyle McDonald completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Strayer University in 2016. Kyle has obtained several certifications since then, including the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) from Microsoft in December 2019, the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in February 2017, the CompTIA Security+ in July 2009, the CompTIA Network+ in December 2008, and the CompTIA A+ in June 2007. Additionally, they obtained the Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) from Microsoft in March 2020.
