Zhilei Xu, PMP, serves as a Program Manager at 3M since October 2017, focusing on SCBA and Fire Solutions. Prior to this, Zhilei held the position of Project Manager at Tyco Fire Protection from 2009, leading significant projects including the development of a next-generation SCBA accountability system and the launch of a new SCBA adhering to the GA124 Standard, which generated $35 million in cumulative revenue over five years. At GE Transportation from April 2004 to February 2009, Zhilei was Project Leader on various ventilation systems, winning a prestigious annual award in 2008. Earlier experience includes managing machining for missile frigates at Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding from 1999 to 2004. Zhilei holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (2003-2006) and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (1995-1999), both from Shanghai University.
